(If you have TimeTracker 2.5 or an earlier version and did not ugrade to v2.6, please follow the instructions at the bottom of this page)

･ For System 7.5 and later, or those systems that have Apple's Drag and Drop extension:
Drag TimeTracker records from one file to another, or to the Trash, or to a spreadsheet such as ClarisWorks, or to the Finder where they become a Text Clipping file.
If you have TimeTracker 2.1 or a later version, this is a free upgrade for you.
However, there are two requests:
1) Tell your friends and co-workers about TimeTracker. The more sales made, the better the product becomes.
2) Please obey the license agreement of one copy per computer. If you are using TimeTracker on more than one computer at one time, you need to purchase additonal copies for the additonal computers. After all, if it was not for TimeTracker, you would have to spend $300 or more for TimeSlips!
If you have TimeTracker 2.5 or an earlier version and did not ugrade to v2.6,
you should follow the instructions below prior to installing TimeTracker 2.8.
If you did upgrade to v2.6 and did not follow the instructions below, you may experience problems with TimeTracker, especially with the category and project list.
1) Have your registration name, registration code, project names, and category names available somewhere other than TimeTracker. Write it all down somewhere.
2) Drag the old TimeTracker from your hard disk to a backup floppy, and then drag it from your hard disk to the Trash and empty the Trash.
3) Drag the file ﾒTimeTracker.prefsﾓ from the Preferences folder (which is inside the System folder) from your hard disk to a backup floppy, then drag it from your hard disk to the Trash and empty the Trash.
4) Rebuild the Mac desktop (select Restart from the Special menu, and while the Mac is starting up, hold down the Option and Command keys until the Mac asks if it's OK to rebuild the desktopﾑclick OK).
5) Install and start TimeTracker 2.8. You should see a new TimeTracker icon if done correctly. Enter your registration name and registration code, and reenter your category and project list.
